🟩 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

By choosing COD, you agree to:

  • Remain available at your address

  • Answer courier calls

  • Accept the parcel upon arrival

Refusing COD parcels may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Blocking from future COD orders
    (This policy is standard in Pakistan due to COD misuse.)

Delivery timelines vary by city.
Typical delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities: 3–6 working days

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect address

EcoWash is not liable for delays caused by courier companies.

Our Return & Refund Policy (published separately) applies to all purchases.

EcoWash reserves the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on evidence provided.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
