EcoWash Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2025
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.ecowashpk.com, our social media channels, and authorized marketplaces.

At EcoWash, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our product (laundry detergent sheets), certain hygiene and safety limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


🟩 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Item

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The packaging was torn or compromised

  • The sheets were defective or unusable

Proof required:
Photos or video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.


🟩 2. Non-Eligible Items (Strictly No Returns)

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do NOT accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened packaging

  • Used sheets

  • Partially consumed products

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference issues

  • Wrong quantity ordered by customer

  • Orders placed by mistake

These rules follow standard policies used by Pakistan’s top FMCG and personal-care brands.


🟩 3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only processed when:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was sent by mistake

  • Your parcel was lost in transit

  • You were double charged accidentally

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.

Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval.


🟩 4. Replacement Policy

If the claim is valid, we may offer product replacement instead of refund, depending on stock availability.

Replacements are shipped free of cost.


🟩 5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.

5.2 After Shipping

Orders already handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled.

Refusing the parcel at delivery will result in:

  • Suspension from COD services

  • Blocking from future orders (to prevent COD abuse)

(This is standard practice in Pakistan due to high misuse of COD.)


🟩 6. Wrong Address or No Response

If the customer provides an incorrect address or cannot be contacted:

  • The parcel will be returned to us by the courier

  • The customer must pay re-delivery charges to receive the parcel again


🟩 7. Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and product-type limitations, we do not offer exchanges.


🟩 8. Courier Damage Responsibility

If your product was damaged by the courier company:

  • File a report within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos of package and product

  • We will handle the issue and send a replacement (if claim approved)


🟩 9. Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received:

  • A complaint will be opened with the courier (takes 3–5 business days)

  • Refund or replacement will only be processed after courier investigation
